Quest Overview

There are two different quests related to the creature lords: the orignal quest, hunting down the lords for their trophies, and the later addition of Belinda du Loc's Rare Game Kill Task.

Walk Through

1. Search for Creature Lords on the landscape of Dereth. The lords send out a local area broadcast (a green text message) and can often be spotted by looking for this message. Kill the lords and obtain their trophies.
   • The shimmer of what appears to be a Diamond Lord catches your eye.
2. In addition to special trophies the Creature Lords also drop regular trophies like Motes and Shards at vastly increased rates compared with regular creatures.

Notes

• Creature Lords began appearing on the landscape during the Keep Your Enemies Closer event.
• During A Perfect Paradox, the stats of the special items were updated, and the Fetid Dirk and Skeletal Atlatl were added.
• During A Gathering of Colors, various icons were updated.
• In the Come What Follows the NPC Belinda du Loc was added to Stonehold, who will enhance some of the items, as well as give a killtask for them. In addition, the Diamond shield can also be enhanced from the Medium Harbinger quest.
• In the Gaining Ground event the creatures now send out a local area broadcast to alert players to their presence.
  • Banderling Leader barks orders.
  • Cold One lunges with his spear as its serpent head appears to bite at the air.
  • Dark Myrmidon bones shift.
  • Dark Sorcerer stands, gaze lost on an orb.
  • The shimmer of what appears to be a Diamond Lord catches your eye.
  • Dread Ursuin growls biting at chunks of fur.
  • Lord of Decay groans indistinguishably.
  • Lugian Warlord organizes battle plans.
  • Master of the Pack barks.
  • You sense the presence of a Pure One.
  • Red Phyntos Drone darts about seemingly organizing the other drones.
  • Sentient Fragment chimes loudly.
  • Swamp King loudly organizes a stack of gunk covered stones.
  • Ice falls from Tundra Mattekar's coat as it moves.
